Education for Better Future

                For some people, education is the most important thing. Someone can get a job depend his/her education. Someone who get education that higher than other has opportunity to get higher place in the company. That’s why most of them willing spend their time and money to get higher education, for the better future.

                Meanwhile, some people think that education is not very important, even there are some people who assume that education is not important. Education is just  for formality, nothing can they get from education, just wasting time and money for  a diploma.

                But what is education actually? Is education can we get only from formal school? And what must people do after they complete their education?

Education is the act or process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge,developing the powers of reasoning and judgment, and generally ofpreparing oneself or others intellectually for mature life.

                Education has many branches, like science, social knowledge, character building and many more. Each branches has their function that useful for life, and each person has their interest to choose what will they learn. And education is a way to get knowledge needed by someone.

                How someone use their knowledge is depend on what kind of education that their learn. Good education make someone know how knowledge become vital and he will use his  knowledge for good things. That’s power of education.

                The first and most important sector of education start from parents. parents must be a good example for kids and guide them to have a good character, because without a good character, knowledge become vain, even can be dangerous. One of knowledge branch that can parents teach to their kids is about religion.

                Besides education from parents, formal education also important thing for someone. Teacher is one aspect that have a big effect for education. Without teacher, knowledge will not reach to the student.  That’s why students must respect their teacher for his dedication to create a better generation.

                But someone not get his education only from formal education. knowledge can be learn anywhere and anytime, it can be come from unexpected source. And good education is not only make someone ‘knowing’, but also make someone ‘be’. That is to say good education make someone  use their knowledge for his life and do good things that meaningful for many people. With good education a nation can have great power to advanced and create a better future.
